A recognizable name in the automotive industry!  Bill has given many keynote speeches as well as taught numerous classes at different conventions around the country.  When Bill isn't busy helping his clients he enjoys woodworking in his barn, reading non fiction books and spending time with his beautiful wife, Robbie, and their 2 dogs on a few acres in East Texas.

Bill began his career working part-time at a full service gasoline station in Appleton, Wisconsin.  His career includes time as a technician, shop owner, technical trainer, and also a staff member of the automotive industry's oldest and largest association representing automotive service and collision repair businesses.  While at the association Bill had the opportunity to work with all segments of the industry.  His knowledge of the industry has been shared on many occasions as he has been invited to speak at numerous industry events as well as providing testimony at hearings of the U.S. Congress and several state legislatures on important legislation and regulation affecting the automotive industry. 

 

Bill received the Accredited Automotive Manager (AAM) credential from the Automotive Management Institute in 1996.

Sara Fraser is a millennial with a passion for life, travel, and human connections. With over fifteen years of retail and management experience, she has honed her skills in customer service, marketing, and business operations. For six years, Sara served as an office manager for a used car sales and service center, gaining valuable insights into the automotive industry.

 

One of Sara's main focuses is assisting shop owners in finding and acquiring top talent that aligns with their business culture. Her dedication to connecting businesses with the right individuals displays her commitment to fostering success within the industry.

 

Sara is also an engaging trainer at various conferences in the automotive industry. Her sessions cover key topics such as Generations X, Y, and Z, effective management, leadership principles, communication strategies, business culture, and strategic hiring.
